My wife is a two time breast cancer survivor. If you have been through it yourself, or been by the side of someone going through treatment, you are probably familair with the feeling of being on an assembly line of treatment. I started reading Dr Stegall’s blog after a friend shared it with me.

The approach to nutrition as part of treatment was a revelation to my wife and I. The aspect of proper diet and nutrition never even came up during wy wife’s treatment. Treating cancer with Chemo and Radiation only is short sighted in my opinion. Having read Cancer Secrets, we both feel better equipped and prepared to handle post cancer treatment. This book is absolutely vital to cancer patients or anyone who has a loved one with cancer, especially those who have just received the news, “you have cancer”. In fact, it should be required reading for cancer patients and part of their treatment path.
